Law firm, Wasden Banias, files a lawsuit to challenge President Trump’s Executive Order suspending the entry of new H-1B visa holders into the U.S.
Wasden Banias, who won the major H-1B victory earlier this year in the ITServe decision that overturned 2 USCIS memos that targeted the H-1B visa, are back in federal court. They are now fighting on behalf on H-1B visa holders and their families, challenging President Trump’s recent H-1B visa ban. This is the first lawsuit filed to challenge the ban.
A new lawsuit hopes to save H-1B visa holders and their spouses and children who the Trump administration will not grant visas or allow to enter the United States.
