Law firm, Wasden Banias, files a lawsuit to challenge President Trump’s Executive Order suspending the entry of new H-1B visa holders into the U.S.

Wasden Banias, who won the major H-1B victory earlier this year in the ITServe decision that overturned 2 USCIS memos that targeted the H-1B visa, are back in federal court.  They are now fighting on behalf on H-1B visa holders and their families, challenging President Trump’s recent H-1B visa ban.  This is the first lawsuit filed to challenge the ban.
